    Thousands of RIM messages!

    Friday, client rec'd more than 2000 messages from network@etp02.etp.na.blackberry.net, with the ETP.DAT message attachment. Running desktop redirector 3.6.0.31. All messages show up in his Inbox. We've seen this happen occasionally before, but usually only a dozen or so, then it clears up...

    Can't remove user from GAL

    Hi - I have a GAL entry for a deleted user still showing up in the GAL. How do I get rid of this old user address from the Global Address List? Thanks! btw- this is SBS2003, w/Exchange 2003
