XP will not allow DirectX 9.0 to be
XP will not allow DirectX 9.0 to be installed on my computer. It say's "it has not passed the Windows logo testing for the product and will not be installed on the computer". I already have the 8.1 ver.. THis does not make sense since i am downloading the 9.0 right of the micorsoft...- Pal26

XP reformat problems
I've tried repeatedly to reformat my harddrive using the command prompt >FORMAT c: after i hit enter it say's something like do you want to erase i click 'Y' and it does nothing and puts my comand line back. The harddrive content remains intact. can someone tell me what is happening here? i use...- Pal26
