    APS is not up

    I don't know much about crystal reports 7.0 but I'm getting a error message when logging into the info desktop "The APS is not up 117" The APS has been stoped and started and is running now. Our crystal guy can run reports from his dektop however. Any clues would be great, thanks skimo.
