I have tested this if you call the DID you get 4 rings then the voicemail box. If you get the AA & dial the same extension it just rings & rings. Or "*T" with an "extension #" it will just ring & ring. Its a magix R4 & merlin messaging R4 Any Ideas? Thanks.
