Can anyone give me a link or details on how a IP phone call is handled start to finish in a Communication Manager? I am having a problem with voice packet being dropped over a Cisco backbone, and trying to sort out the issue as Avaya or Cisco. Thanks

I am getting an error message, "Invalid Signature" when tring to install a 4602. I am using 1.7 firmware on the phones, (have also tried 1.6) on an R11 definity. I have tried other 4602's with no luck. All other phones work fine. IP Boot test runs fine as well. Any ideas?

Has anybody experienced power supplies failing in the LX machine? I have had two in a week crash due to faulty power supplies. Both are on a UPS, and no other power issues in the buildings. Just wondering if it was coincidence or if there is a bad lot of these things.
