    RCC stopped pulling records

    I have a bcm50 running CCRS and for some reason it stopped pulling records one day laset month. I have run the IVU and the connections appear to be fine but no records will come over after Spetember 19th. I'm not sure what else to check as the everthing seems to be intact. Thanks in advance
