    Windows 2000 server Standard and dual core processors

    Hi Everyone, With the advent of the new Xeon dual core processors (each of which core is hyperthreading, I believe), there is the potential for W2K to 'see' 8 processors in a dual CPU server. My question is: Will W2K Server Standard edition support this? Many thanks for any replies.
