    JSPs not compiling automatically

    I am unable to compile JSPs automatically. The error I get when I call up the JSP page is pasted below. When I check my "work/Standalone/localhost/_ " folder, I do find my jsp converted to a java servlet and I am able to then manually compile that servlet and the jsp page works fine...
