I have used the 'snap to grid' to align my text boxes, string fields etc. and sized them the same.
All seems to align nicely in the preview but when I open up the report in a browser, it doesn't align very well.
How can I change this?
Thanks.

I have a parameter that allows multiple values to be selected, but on the report I only see the first value that is selected.
How do I display multiple values? Thank you.
I haven't been able to find a way to design / insert a 'table' format into a crystal report. I would like it to look like like a table with rows and columns in a grid.
Is this possible without just putting borders around cells?
I'm using Crystal 9 & field definition files for creation of reports.
When I link 2 table definition files, the 'Right Outer Join' & 'Full Outer Join' are greyed out in the 'Link Option'.
Can anyone tell what the criteria would be to enable these options?
Thank you.
Please would someone be so kind as to help me through the process of linking a sub report to the main report.
I am using Crystal 9 and I have two seperate queries that are linked by a common parameter value.
Thank you.
I don't seem to be able to open my report in a web browser with a combination of a TopN on a crosstab.
Using Crystal 9.
I have one crosstab on my report which opens in a web browser, but when I add a TopN, I get an error.
Crystal sorts by group first and then by fields selected. Is there a way of manipulating the sort to have a particular field sort higher than the group sort?
I have 4 different graphs on one report and I need to set up a Top N for each.
Is the Top N for the whole report only, or is there a way to have a number of different ones set up?
Example:
Graph one;
Created a summary for 'Calls Made' per Agent. Graph shows top 10 agents.
Graph two;
Created a...
I have a formula that breaks the date down so that the user has the option of selecting the report to be run by day, 15, 30 or 60 minutes.
My problem is:
How do I get the report to group by what the user has selected? ie. I want my calls coming in to be grouped into 15 minute intervals.
Also...
1. Do you have any idea as to how I could show the legend on a graph to not include the '@' of the formula - can I create my own legend text?
2. Also, can I format the numbers on my graph to display only whole numbers not eg. '1.6' etc.?
(Using Crystal version 9).
Thank you.
Hi,
Please could you tell me
1. if it is possible to change the names of the legends?
2. is it possible to customise the colours of column data in the graphs?
Thank you.
Hi, I want to use the Select Expert in my report that allows me to select fields according to the parameter I have created. However, my query needs to read eg.
{field name} = {?Parameter} or {different field name} = {?Parameter}.
My results aren't correct - is it possible to have this kind of...
Good Morning!
I have a report that shows only the top 50 destinations - how do I format this in Crystal 8.5?
Also, how do I change the font colour of a value when it for eg. is the maximum value?
Thank you for your help.
I have a DateTime object that I would like to display as 'Day' - I've used the DatePart function to do this. However, I am having trouble grouping the 'day' information together. (Am assuming that this because hh:mm:ss is not the same?)
Can you help?
Thanks!
I'm using Crytal 8.5 and I have one group in my report. However, I want to remove the sort that is automatically placed on this group - the remove option is unavailable. I would like to sort on the 'Time' column in the report. Is there another way to change this?
Hi! There is probably a very easy explanation for this but I've tried everything I know.
I have a number field in the database that shows up on my report as '9,001' - I want it to read '9001'. Any tips?
Thank you.
When I insert a summary on a field, a group footer is created for total values.
How can I merge these 2 sections so that my totals will be viewed on the same page as that section, and not jump to a new page?
Thanks for your help.
