    9508 Phone Firmware updates after reboot of system

    Everytime the IP office is rebooted the 9508 phones download a firmware update. It takes about 10 minutes for the update and the phone is out of service until the update completes. Anybody know how to turn this off so the phone doesn't request the firmware?
