Issue : Group of 1140e's at remote site dropping calls. Phone is not cycling or logging out. Calls at main site no issue.
System info
1140E, CS1000E with ver 7.5, AACC.
I have seen this when the phone looses connection, but phone shows no sign of network lose, just call drop.
I am programming a 3904 phone with 2 expansion panels.
Using OTM 3, and CS1000M. When I build the phones I set the KBA to 2 I can see and config all the keys.
However when transmitted to the switch, the expansion panels do not work, and the keys are no longer visible from OTM.

When trying to export historical reports to excel recieve the following error.

I have a user that decided she was going to delete some files on her hard drive to get some needed space.

Recently we have begun testing the I2050 softphones in house with the idea of putting some agents at home.
We can get to connect, and route skillset calls to it just as we would a I2004 or 3905.

HOLD music is not playing.
I know that hold music can be limited to the number of conference ports that we have in system.
Question is there a way for me to look at the conference ports and tell if they are busy.
Is there a way to force all phones to log out at a designated time at night? We are having an issue with people not logging out properly and it is throwing of the mgr’s reports.

Is there a way on a 3905 model to force a roll over line to the main line if the main line is not in use?
ie user goes to make an outside hit the roll over line instead of mine line.
Or is it possbile to make the roll over non fuctional unless the main is busy.
Currently out agetns have the following lines
1 ACD line
2 SCR, 1 main ext, and 1 roll-over
We are considering removing the roll-over
