    1140E dropping call

    Issue : Group of 1140e's at remote site dropping calls. Phone is not cycling or logging out. Calls at main site no issue. System info 1140E, CS1000E with ver 7.5, AACC. I have seen this when the phone looses connection, but phone shows no sign of network lose, just call drop.

    1230 VOIP

    I have built a new 1230. I can see it connect to server. Phone shows CS1000 , no DN, only message that says "Offline" running a cs1000m ver 5.5 I have serveral I2004, and 2050 running without issue. Any thoughts?

    Force Roll over line

    Is there a way on a 3905 model to force a roll over line to the main line if the main line is not in use? ie user goes to make an outside hit the roll over line instead of mine line. Or is it possbile to make the roll over non fuctional unless the main is busy.
