    can't delete a folder from HD from last PC

    I added a HD from my last pc that died I see everything on the HD but I can't delete 1 folder it is restricted, this is from XP on last PC. I have tried to take ownershipof the folder, XP won't let this happen, I also can't get the Security tab in the folders options. Can anyone help!!!
