    KSU Variant is unsupported by Norstar Manager

    I try to dial into my RAD using Norstar Manager 3.5 and I get an error "The KSU Variant is unsupported by Norstar Manager-Try Remote Tools" I find this error message in the manual but it doesn't tell what it means or what to do.... Does this mean my system is too new for this version...

    HELP!!!! Can't dial 911

    Had an Emergency today... Found that none of my phone let us dial out 911.. We are running 5.0 on a T1 and dial 9 to get an outside line. I checked the restictions on all the lines they are set to 08... and the set don't show any restrictions. Where else can I look?
