    E&M trunk back to back?

    I have two norstar systems that have E&M trunks DISA 2 each and I would like to tie them together but wasn't sure if I needed to reverse a couple of pairs or not and if so whitch ones need to be reversed? Thanks for your help!

    reset a flash 4 to new!

    Is there any easy way to reset a flash 4? I bought a referbished voice mail and it will not let me build anymore than 32 mailboxes and I should have 48. also how would I go about changing the admin mailbox to something other than 1002 that is one of our extentions?

    DID WITH 2 ATTEND POSITIONS!

    I have a mod ics with 6.0 software it is configured with 2 T1 one is connected to PSTN with DID # I have their main # going to a target line 200 and that is set to ring on station 1000 and 1001. when a call comes in it rings at both stations but once ex 1000 answers a call, the next caller rings...
