    Stop an application from auto startup

    I installed Laplink 2K on my Win2K. The Laplink Scheduler starts up automatically. How do I prevent that? I can view it but cannot prevent it from auto start in Windows. Thanks for any input.

    Could not find OS

    My IBM HD boots fine in NT Workstation (WK). I connected the HD to a Dell NT Workstation and NT WK sees the HD but it cannot see the data (HD shows up as unformatted).     Many profiles of my domain users are corrupted, i.e. printer is missing and IE is corrupted. Does anyone know why?

    When I log into my domain as an administrator, I get this message "The OS was unable to create a temporary profile directory. The OS was unable to load your profile." What does this mean?
