    Outlook 2007 Lost Shortcut Keys

    I have a user who is running xp with office 2007. In Outlook he lost most of ht Alt shortcut key options. (ie. alt r for open and reply). Has anone seen this?

    Computer continually restarts when connected to network.

    Computer is running W2K. When you power on the computer, it will get to the 'Applying Security Policy' window and then a black screen and reboots. It will do this until you disconnect the network cable, then it will load correctly. Any Ideas?
