I want to be able to set up group policy so that our domain is always listed in the Log on to box rather than the local machine. Does anyone know how to do this?
Thanks much
On my Windows 2003 standard server, I noticed I was running out of disk space on my D: drive. When I right click on the drive and choose properties, it shows 110GB used. When I view the drive in My Computer is shows 124GB for total size and 14.1 GB free which matches the 110GB used.

I setup Terminal Services and Terminal Services Licensing both on the same
Windows 2003 box. I activated the license over the phone and then also
installed a 100-pack Termianl Serer Per User CAL's.
When I go into Terminal Services Licensing, it shows the server as

We want to automatically log off any user from the domain after a certain amount of time being idle. Is there a way to do this with group policy? We are native Windows 2003.
I have a network folder that I assigned read/write permissions to a domain local group. Normally I would add user accounts to this group so they would get the read/write access to the folder. Instead, I want to add the computer accounts to the group so even if the user doesn't have access...

We are using Network Load Balance clustering for our web servers. In this type of clustering there is no shared data space so are there any tools available to keep the data on each server in sync? Is DFS a good solution for this?

I've set up 2 identical Windows 2003 servers. I have been able to use remote desktop connection to connect to both of them. Then I installed SQL client tools on one of them and since then I cannot RDP to that server. When I check netstat -a I see that port 3389 is no longer listening on the...
I've been tasked to do the following: send event notification when events like "User added to Domain Administrators" occur. This was listed on a Windows 2003 security checklist but doesn't describe how to configure it. Any suggestions?
By default Outlook 2003 will not display pictures sent in an email. You have to right click on the pictures and choose downloads. You can also save this sender to your safe senders list in your junk email settings and then all messages from this sender will have the pictures already...

As part of our migration from GroupWise 6.0 to Exchange 2003, we used a third party tool from Wingra to migrate the users and mailboxes. As part of this process, there was a connector created on the Exchange server to the GroupWise server. We are now done with our migration and I want to...
Currently we our email system set up so that all incoming mail goes to an SMTP server that filters out viruses and spam. This SMTP server is then configured to route the mail to our Exchange 2003 server. This of course is only for incoming mail. I would also like to configure our Exchange...
