Datastore on SQL "eats" the disk
We have a 70+ serverfarm with the datastore on a dedicated SQL 2000 server. Suddenly the comp starts writing to disk at a speed that it can't handle, and it becomes totally unresponsive. We are talking "Current diskqueue lengt" over 150, and a "%Disk write time" up to 18000(?!). This causes...- Ompa

Remove wrongly added SMTP-addresses?
Someone has wrongly altered the default recipient address list, (or at least I believe), and now all my public folders has an Smtp-address too much. I can't seem to be able to remove these addresses, and since there's over 800 Public folders, I need some sort of automation here. I've tried...- Ompa

PreSubmissionQueue explodes!
I have an E2K w/sp3 wich stands in 100% on the Store.exe process (Information Store), and the "PreSubmissionQueue" falls and rises to up to 100.000. At the same time I monitor Smtp sent/sec, recvd/sec and delivered/sec, and there is almost no activity....? I don't get it, and the...- Ompa

Regenerate x400 addresses
Hi All EXchange users have only SMTP-address and I have to add the x.400-adresses for all the users. Does anyone know how to do this easily? I saw an earlier post that one could export to a .csv file and import again, but I'm not comfortable with such an operation. Plz help, it's a LOT of users...- Ompa
