    hp deskjet 1000c print problems

    I'm having problems with my HP Deskjet 1000C printer. I have XP as an operating system. When printing a letter from word it doesn't print the bottom portion of some sentences. This doesn't happen every line, just randomly. When I go to properties and print a test page it comes out just fine...
