    Win 98 se upgrade

    I have a friend who is currently running 98 FE on their machine. Having got a copy of 98 se, thought an upgrade was a good idea, however they have an OEM copy so could not install. Any ideas or tips to get around this, or is it just a case of getting a non oem copy? Thanks,
