I have some new PRI's from commpartners - when I send calls thru bars NPA's and SPN's include the area code and the orig number when I send out NXX's it only shows the 7 digit orig number - what do I need to change to send 10 digit orig number
I just installed some new pri's that require 10 digit dialing so for local trunks i inserted the ac thru dmi table in the rlb. the dch does not send out the inserted ac however if i direct access wih the ACOD and dial all 10 digits it sees it

John Poole - I was reading one of your past posts on backups and you say to do a full and a partial and it says for a partial highlight everything except the first line, however i cannot unhighlight the first line - VS1 system - it has voice and data highlighted and will not let me change it
my question is the step feature in the rdb - will this let me step to another rout if the original route is busy ?
or if I press the trunk group busy key for the route can I step to another route using the same access code
