Ivr answers calls on 1352. calls 1&2 get answered and then 3rd gets busy. Do I modify hunts groups or do I set up a dn to get overflow calls and then forward to ivr dn's?
I need to inventory a MICS with 2 t1 cards. One card is for incoming lines and 1 is for outdial. I need to know which line targets to which DNs and how many are available. For expansion?
