    phantom numbers in panasonic kx-td816

    I set up my panasonic kx-td816 system with three extensions on one phantom number. Now we need to remove one extension from the group - how do you do this? Unfortunately I don't have access to the programing manuals. Thanks in advance for any help.

    external bgm kxtd816

    How do I program and turn on bgm from an external source on the td816? I've set the music source with [803] and the external pager with [804] but when I try to start using 65 I get an immediate busy tone and not the conformation. Also, on my PT under "ext bgm" I receive "not valid". Any ideas??
