    NIS/NPF 2003 [XP Pro] Inconsistant Program Control

    I have just installed NIS/NPF 2003 on my XP Pro box. However, whenever I get the 'Program Control' alert popup with the "What do you want to do" question, it doesn't seem to remember what I select e.g. "permit". Also the "always use this action" check box is missing...
