    How to create a snapshot of a table.

    Hi I have a table that contains thousands of rows, and I want to have a "snapshot table" of this big table. I know I can create a view, but what I really want is a table that refresh it data every 2 hours for example or just when I want to refresh it data. Thanks a lot Shigeoka
