    inquiry of help panel drop downs

    When using help panel highlighted words are not displayed. Underlined links work. Click on highlighted words does nothing when you should get a definition. Is this a service pack thing?

    The toolbar displays but when you pick a item you just get a blank box. Some functions work and some dont. Picture placeholder box is not checked.
