    placing an SQL Expression Field on a report

    Hi, I've got a bit of SQL that I need to put on a report in Crystal Reports version 9, but when I put the SQL expression field into the report designer and then preview it, all I see is the text of the SQL statement. How do I get the results to show? Thanks, Mike
