    Print job going to network printer rather than local printer

    I have installed a local printer (two different machines have this problem) on a windows2000 machine. If I log on locally as administrator the printer works great but if I log on as user it goes to a network printer or does not print at all. I am sure this is a security issue but not sure...

    I need to set up conference rooms as resources and have a calendar available to all users. Does anyone know how I can do this? GroupWise made it very easy, but I have not figured this out in Exchange.
