Has any one ever had any issues with using # in an extenstion number? Got a 3300 (8.0.8.8) and keep getting the database locked up after a DBMS check, needs reboot to clear. We've recently had somebody putting # extenstions as reroutes and only thing that has changed.

Hi Is there any way to change the number of the administrator mailbox from 9999 on the 3300. We have just had someone attempt to hack it and although we can restrict what they can dial we cannot change the number of the mailbox, which would be the most useful. Thanks
