    queue fail

    We get an error of "Queue fail" when attempting to backup. B-( The error code is 0xD5. Any ideas?

    Error 0X4101

    We get the following error during backup: "Error 0X4101 reading summary file 2C000001. Press any key to continue." The same error occurs again with a different file name. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
