Have two companies on same system. AA1 message is playing to all lines answered after hours (night greeting). AA2 message(night greeting)is in the system, but does not play to lines assigned to it. Any advice where to look to correct this problem? Thanks
Automated Attendant not playing night message when office is closed. This is programmed to activate @ 4;30 p.m. At 4:30, the message caller hears is: "ext. 10 is not available.....leave message." What am I missing? Any help appreciated.
