    Outlook 98 user can't open In Box on Exchange 5.5 server

    I was trouble shooting a folder problem in Outlook 98 and logged onto the user's pc as myself (I am domain admin). Now the user can't open their "Inbox" when they are logged in, but I can when I'm logged in. The user's password doesn't seem to work on web mail either, but works...
