    bios losing hard drive setting

    I have a 2 week old esc p4vmm2 board with a new 30 gig maxtor on the pri-master and a cdrom on the sec-master. it works fine except every couple of boot ups it won't boot unless you go in the bios and reset the hard drive setting because it says it isn't installed. Yet the cdrom is still set...
