    task bar becomes stuck closed at bootup

    Everytime I first boot up, XP Pro, the task bar becomes unavalable, and is in the retracted down position. The only way I can get to the start menu is go to restore, and select a previous bootup then when system restarts, everything is ok. What is happening here????? Please help

    How to keep favicons in IE favorite list???????

    When you first drag a link into the favorites list, the custom favicon (icon) of the url goes in. After awhile, it times out, and the dumb IE logo appears. How do I lock down that favicon each time I add a bookmark???? Thanks Millions of favicons!

    Why does the task bar get stuck closed upon loading in XP pro?

    When loading the OS XP Pro, the Explorer task bar is stuck in the down position and I cannot get to the Start button. To get around this, I have to use the restore funtion and go to a past good boot.
