Some Emails recieved with word attachments open the system32 folder. When you try to "save as" it pops up with operation failed. Also forward the email on, the same error appears. We are currently running citrix with exchange 2000 sp3 and office 2000 sr-1.

We can receive emails fine but all messages in the outbound queue just sit there until i force the connection. Any idea's?

One of the users on my network has recently passed there old laptop onto another user. The new user has beens setup ok but when she tries to syncronise her work it points to the old users data folder as well as her own. No group specific policies have been setup to point to any other folders.
