Some Emails recieved with word attachments open the system32 folder. When you try to "save as" it pops up with operation failed. Also forward the email on, the same error appears.

One of the users on my network has recently passed there old laptop onto another user. The new user has beens setup ok but when she tries to syncronise her work it points to the old users data folder as well as her own.
