UDMA 4 limited to 2 by WinXP - Slow programing launcing etc
I upgraded my notebook from WinMe to XPPRo. Now the hard drive seems to be much slower - awfully slow - than before. If I transfer some files to a hard drive from an Iomega zip disk would the files now on the hard drive contain any remnants of information that the files originally wrote over the top of that may have been on the Zip drive.
