I want the assignee to receive an email or a popup on the screen when it is time for him to call the client. I have enabled the initial callback email but am finding it difficult to set the conditions to send out an email (or a pop up) when it is time to call the person back.

I have been asked to test the new CISCO PIX-515E-R-BUN firewall as the Tester is on leave. With no prior background on CISCO firewall could some kind soul spend a few minutes and just tell me what I should be testing and how.
