    Duplicate Read Receipt

    I have a user who gets a duplicate of a read receipt that was sent with a message which went out 6-8 months ago. The receipt is always back from the same recipient (there were multiple recipients to the message). I'm totally confuse and don't know how to correct this problem. Thanks
