    How do I enbale dial by name directory? Have Norstar NVM 4.0.04C If I do a : F 960 Dial by name F 961 Dial by name admin F 967 Access Dial By Name Directory All display 'inactive feature'. How can I enable this featue? Thanks Art

    Filter ? I hope

    I think I'm having a filter issue. I want to be able to dial a five digit number which starts with 7, so 7xxxx. From my phone it works fine but all other phones get denied in admin. So I think it is restriction issue, right? Try and go into restrictions and filters and see what is going on...
