    Codepage ineffective in global.asa

    Sub Session_OnStart Session.CodePage = 932 (Japanese) held in global.asa does not 'kick in', although @CODEPAGE=932 held on indiviual pages is effective. I need it to work on global.asa since that holds a number of Dictionary objects. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Thanks in...
