    Cisco 827 with VPN opening port 3389 for Terminal Svcs

    When I open the terminal services port(3389) to allow direct access without VPN on this 827 router it locks out the users VPN terminal services users...they can form a VPN tunnel and access the server but can't initiate a terminal services session...why?
