    Just installed an IP412 with 2pri T'1s. The local T has DID comming over. The president wants to have a second DID # ring to his ext but on a seperate button (not his own ext appearance). Any thoughts on how to do this? Thanks gq

    Just installed a IP412 with 2 PRI T1's, one local and one long distance. Caller id works with the numbers comming over the local T but not over the LD T. Only # comming over the LD T is an 800#. The display shows the word "Outside" which I assumne is the default when no or unknown...

On a Legend or Magix I would have to know what type of CO switch was providing the T1 and ask for the appropriate protocol .     Incoming call labeling. They have 2 companies with 2 sets of analog trunk groups and 2 800 #'s with dinis digits coming over a T1 sharing one IP Office PBX.
