    How to remove Trojan TR/Ladder

    Hi I've a trojan (TR/Ladder) and it's hidden in the file "ieloader(1).cab". May I delete this file or not? How can I remove the trojan? Cause a virusscanner can detect it but can't remove it!!It blocks my OutlookExpress. THX

    Closing WinXP unsuccesfull

    Hi out there, I have a problem closing WinXP : everytime when I choose 'shutdown' my PC freezes completely? I have to reset and start up again....and then I can shutdown the PC. I have a Pentium 4 (2.7 GHz) - 256 SDram - GeForce4 Anyone who can help? THX
