Backup slow on XP and Fast on 2003
Hello, Does anyone know why we get 130MB/min on a computer with XP/Arcserve9 and 530MB/min with the same hardware and 2003/Arcserve9, this is backing-up over the network. Thanks- Serge928

IBM Director Agent Install Hangs at IBMSETUP.EXE
Hello, We have about 50 Director agent installed, but now I have 2 Server which won't install. A Black windows appears titled f:\director\win32\install\ibmsetup.exe and nothing happens. Usually, this window appears for a short time and then the installation starts. Has anyone got an idea... -
Citrix client windows locks with mcafee anti-virus
On a workstation installed with mcafee 4.51 anti-virus, every time we login or run explorer the windows locks up for up to minutes. The solution so far is to disable anti-virus while using Citrix ICA client or set ICA client file security to No access. Has anyone got an idea? [shocked]- Serge928

IBM Director agents reporting false alarms
We have a series of servers installed with director agent 3.1. Some of them report what seems to be false alarms, like 'a fan has failed' or 'system voltage out of specifications'. It seems to be Netfinity 5000 and 5100 system every time. Has anyone got a idea on how to correct this? [sadeyes]
