    AMD K62 desktop won't boot

    I have a AMD K62 system running a 550Mhz system, 128 mb NVRAM, 17 GB HDD, and PC100 motherboard. Currently its a bookshelf as it won't boot up. I think I remember a quick error flashing on screen and PC shut down. Since then when trying to boot I hit the power button, lights come on HDD...
