    coverage groups

    I know how to create coverage groups but how do I assign an extension to a coverage group? Let’s say a call comes in on 3002 and I want 2214, 2215, 2216, and 2217 to have secondary coverage on that extension. Thanks in advance.

    Faxing over PRI using DID

    How can I setup an extension to recieve faxes accross my pri? I knoe what digits the telco is sending when a call comes in for istance 4050. We use 44242D+ digital sets so the extensions are digital not sure how the switch would handle sending to a fax machine that is analog? thanks in advance.
