Anyone using Noble with Aspect? I've been told Noble doesn't do a cold transfer. Is this true? Or is there a work around? Specifically, the agent using Noble is trying to transfer to an Aspect extension (not sure if they are on Noble or not) and leave the call in their voicemail.
