Installation of Office 2000 Professional
I have Windows 98 on my Compaq computer. I am trying to install Microsoft Office 2000 but every time it gets to the installation dialog box the entire computer freezes up. I can't even Ctl-Alt-Del to get out. Help!- momegbert

Rockwell 56K modem problem
This modem came with my Compaq Presario 5120 computer and has worked fine for several years. No it just seems "dead". When I run compaq diagnostics the modem passes tests and seems to be fine, but when I try to make my internet connection I get a message that the modem is not working...
