I currently have 47 agent sets configured with multiple appearances of aut-msg-wt keys for their queue mailboxes. There are 32 agents each displaying 7 queue mailboxes.

I have one agent set that cannot dial long distance. The agent set is configured exactly the same as all the others.
I removed the set and duplicated another set that is able to dial long distance. Still it will not dial LD.
I replaced the physical set.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
I have several toll free numbers sharing a route on the PBX. I would like to create a bottleneck at the CDN level if at all possible. My goal is to ensure that one toll free number does not use up all the channels.
I do have Meridian Opt 61C r25.4, with Symposium 4.2.
I know how to design a...
Installed BCMS Vu software onto new hard drive.
Setup configuration same as before.
Tested the connection to the PBX. I can get connected successfully, however, receive the following error message:
You hav agents log in enabled but not validated.
BCMS Vu does not support this configuration.
I have an agent setup on a i2004, the set was unplugged and when it was plugged back in the display said it was downloading the firmware - - that was 5 days ago now.
Any ideas on how to resolve this?
I have an ITG 3.0 line side card with i2002 phone sets. I have had a rash of sets going bad, when the user goes to answer their phone with the line key or handsfree the set will drop the call.
Has anyone heard of this problem before?
Thank you in advance.
Our Meridian 2250 Console is displaying the following this morning:

Not sure if this indicates a problem. I've had the operator go on/off nights. The E remains.
I've checked my switch, everything is normal.
I have searched through this web site and the Nortel documentation. Is...
For some time now we have been having difficulties connecting to one of our remote sites. It will eventually connect, but it usually take anywhere from 5 to 25 attempts before it will connect.

Is there a risk of leaving corrupt data on the PBX.
My maintenance provider and Nortel have recommended to remove the corruption, however, my company will not approve the change. The corrupt data appears to only be affecting <10 SCCS sets, the corruption is not affecting service and my manager...

I need your assistance once again. Installed Message Manager 4.5 onto a Windows2000 workstation. Now I need the fax driver installed. Is there a way to get the fax driver? Or, what should I do?
Thanks in advance.
I have two blind staff members who have asked if their digital telephones can be configured with a stutter tone when they have a message. I know it is possible with a 500 TN, but not sure if it can be done on 2008 & 2216 sets. Thanks in advance...
Have a small 50 seat call centre, backup data to the LAN on a daily basis and perform a quarterly archive.
Are there any more routine procedures that I should perform on BCMS Vu to minimize downtime?
Thanks in advance.
Our BCMS Vu client s/w is currently running on a NT workstation. Our LAN team wants to upgrade all PCs to Windows 2000. Does anyone know of any issues?
NTPs describe this error message as a TTY or Printer is not emptying the buffer. Output circuitry on pack could be faulty.
I checked the status of the TTY ports and all seems well. Is there anywhere else I can check or should I escalate to our maint provider?
Thanks in advance
