    HP 4600 control panel locked out

    Hello, I have an HP 4600 color laser. THe control panel message keeps saying "ACCESS DENIED". the onboard web site says that the control panel security setting is MAXIMUM. I can't find ANYTHING in the manuals about reseting this item. Can anyone point in the right direction...

    Arcserve 6.66NT VLDB crashes

    During a full backup, the VLDB will crash asking to generate a Dr. Watson log. This causes the backup to hang. Once the DrWatson.log is generated, the database service has to be cycled to restart the backup. To prevent this, I usually have to initialize the databse. Any clues as to why this...
